Rowland Pest Management in Casselberry, FL is looking to hire a full-time Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control Rep to speak to potential customers and sell our services. As a sales rep, you shouldn't make less than $50,000/year as most reps earn over $60,000/year which is considered to be on track. We focus on getting reps to make around $100,000+/year We also provide great benefits, including 401k with a 5% match, paid time off (PTO), and paid training. For this position we even offer a company vehicle after 90 days, a phone, and an iPad. You make calls or visits to potential clients and close sales for our services. This includes performing inspections of the property and seeing how we can truly help each client. Your friendly and optimistic attitude shows as you interact with each person you come across and answer their questions or find solutions to their concerns.
