Veterinary Receptionist –Full or part time position. DePorre Veterinary Hospital is a multi-doctor; AAHA accredited veterinary hospital located in Bloomfield Hills. We are a fast paced hospital looking for a quick learner that works well with a team and is able to prioritize and multi-task well. Requirements of this position are the following:2+ years of customer service experience in retail/restaurant/professional settingClear and concise communicatorAbility to anticipate client needsExperience using multi-line phones, computer proficient and able to use basic office equipmentAbility to work days (open from 7:15 am-6:00 pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays (7:15 am-2:00 pm)Veterinary experience a plusThe ability to sit and stand for long periods of timeResponsibilities Include:Answering phone calls, making appointments, checking in/out clientsProviding exceptional customer serviceProcessing communications regarding patientsEfficiently and accurately invoice clients (exams, surgeries, hospital stays, medications)Client educationLight cleaning About DePorre Veterinary Hospital: Welcome to DePorre Veterinary Hospital Since 1958, our veterinarians have been proud to provide compassionate care to the pets of Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Township, Birmingham, Franklin, and Royal Oak.
