As an MRI Technologist at St. Cloud Hospital, you will use sophisticated MRI equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures on patients of all ages, providing vital diagnostic results to support patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists to determine the best protocols for specific exams and assist physicians and MRI nurses during interventional procedures as needed. Your role emphasizes patient safety and the principles of Family Centered Care, ensuring compassionate and effective communication with patients, their families, and colleagues. Join us in making a meaningful impact on patient health and well-being.Schedule:Full-time | 72 hours every two weeksNight shift | 3- 12 hour shifts each week | 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.Will work Sunday- Tuesday or Wednesday- Friday | No weekend or holiday rotationPay and Benefits:Pay starting at $37.83 per hour, pay determined by experiencePay range: $35.85 - $53.77 per hourEarn extra pay for working night shifts$7,500 hiring bonus or $15,000 student loan repayment and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidatesFull time : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and moreQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAssociate Degree Graduate from an ARRT accredited school of Radiologic TechnologyAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification within 30 days of employmentAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) MRI certification obtained within 1 ½ yearsBasic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy 1+ years experience as staff technologist in an imaging department of comparable size and patient activity preferred1+ years experience in MRI scanning preferredTo be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Bonus amounts may differ based on full-time and part-time status.Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles of any of those locations any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
