Join us in redefining what it means to live in style and comfort – the future of apartment management starts hereThe Senior Community Manager is responsible for the overall management of an apartment community or group of communities. You will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the office operations, from leasing and resident relations to partnering with our maintenance teams, as well as ensuring financial performance goals are met. The Community Manager utilizes their leadership skills to create a better place to live and a top place to work.Manage day-to-day operations for the community.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies.Develop and manage annual budgets.Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and implement cost-saving initiatives.Review monthly financial statements and prepare variance reports.Foster a positive resident experience through proactive communication and service.Oversee resolution of resident concerns and ensure timely maintenance responses.Implement community engagement programs to boost retention.Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital improvement projects.Supervise the onsite team including leasing and concierge positions.Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.You Have:Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience required, equivalent experience in retail and/or hospitality property management2+ years of people management experienceExperience managing community operations, including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffingPrevious experience utilizing data/reports to develop solutions to sustain high standards of customer service, optimal revenue generation, and effective expense management as demonstrated by work products.Successfully resolves resident issues as demonstrated by past work experience.Experience supporting and developing subordinates and providing feedback and coaching to subordinates that result in improved performanceAbility to exercise professional judgment with composure.
