We encourage our Care Professionals to foster genuine relationships with the seniors in our community while providing compassionate care to help keep clients healthy, safe, and happy at home.*** Ask about our $1500 sign on bonus and our PTO ***IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR INTERVIEWSWe support you by:Getting qualified candidates access to work quickly.Providing 24/7 on the job support.Giving you up-to-date information on your clients’ needs with our industry-leading app.Care Professional Pay & Benefits:$11.25-15.50/hr – Bi-monthly (2x/month) & direct depositHolidays shift rate at 1.5x your base rateMedical/Dental/Vision benefits, based on eligibility*Caregiver referral program*Paid time off (PTO)Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits)Applicant Requirements:Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)Available for 16+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (8 AM - 10 PM).- weekend availability preferred but not required- overnights (8p-8a) 12 hour shiftsHave basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulationsUse our industry-leading app and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or AndroidMust have valid Driver’s License, valid car insurance, and reliable transportationPass a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screenMust be able to attend our full 2 day orientation session at our Little Rock office 8a-4p on Mon. & Tues. or Wed. & Thur.Alzheimer's and Dementia Training as well as Hospice and Palliative Training are offered on select Fridays.Care Professional Responsibilities:Provide companionship and conversationMeal preparation and medication reminders1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressingWe have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay and benefits.
