What We Offer: Competitive Pay Health, Medical, and Dental Insurance 401(K) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off & Vacation Flexible Work Schedule Employee Vehicle Purchase Plans Long-Term Job Security Family-Owned and Operated Environment Career Growth Opportunities Your Responsibilities: Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs or service needs Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer specifications Qualifications: Ford Certification preferred 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level qualifications) Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies Meadows Ford is an equal opportunity employer.
