Director of Admissions JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for managing and directing the admissions process. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree PreferredIndependently motivated, capable of working well with minimum supervisionExcellent computer, verbal, written and communication skillsDriver's license and reliable automobileKnowledge of South Eastern Mass marketOrganized and ability to multitaskFlexible schedule.Knowledge of the regulatory requirements in Long Term CareExperience with the aging populationKnowledge of medical, rehab, social and psychological needs of individualsWell groomed, and able to present in a professional manner to the publicKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement guidelines in Long Term Care settingKnowledge of Managed Care and Private InsurancesAbility to work well in an interdisciplinary team setting, be a strong team player and possess a spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm Shift1st shiftLocation
