As a Transition Specialist within our Vocational Program, you will play a key role in helping adults develop the skills, confidence, and real-world experience they need to move toward competitive, integrated employment.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, being in the community, and fostering personal growth in others.
