Golden Years In Home Senior Care - Golden Years is seeking a career minded self-motivated, energetic sales and marketing manager, who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts, for our position in Home Care. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)Skills:Familiar with or have a tolerance for Cold CallingDeveloping relationshipsQualifying Referral SourcesTime ManagementNetworking and Network MarketingEvent CoordinationPublic SpeakingHandles Rejection WellResults OrientedAggressive and Competitive Requirements:TransportationFull Time/Part TimeSubmitting ReportsSales and Marketing experience or Marketing Degree/Business DevelopmentParticipate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies. - Preparing internal and external documentsManaging office supplies and marketing materialsSchedule , manage employee schedules.
