What You’ll Do: Create a safe, fun, and supportive classroom where children can learn and grow every day. Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support each child’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. Partner with fellow teachers to plan engaging activities and maintain a positive, organized classroom. Build strong connections with families through daily communication and regular updates. Foster independence, confidence, and kindness in every child. What You’ll Bring: Passion for early childhood education and child development. Previous experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred. Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
