Sr. Lead Health Actuary Consultant

Description: We are seeking an experience Health Actuary to join our Actuarial and Financial Consulting teams at Mercer. This hybrid role (minimum of 3 days in the office) can be located an any of our office locations across the United States.As a Senior Lead Health Actuarial Consultant, you will manage client projects focused on employers’ health benefits strategies, including financial projections, plan design optimization, and renewal negotiations. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $117,000 to $234,500.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
