Responsibilities Alan B. Miller Medical Center Opening in Spring 2026 A neighborhood hospital with medical center excellence The Alan B. Miller Medical Center will feature 150 private patient rooms, a medical office building and a helistop. Upon completion of the initial phase of the project, the hospital campus will include 365,000 square feet of hospital and medical office space. The new state-of-the-art Medical Center will offer comprehensive medical services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics and Surgical Services, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular and Neurosurgical services. The Market Director, Supply Chain Operations will have overall responsibility and accountability for optimizing critical supply chain operational processes and systems, including strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of supply chain operations. Oversees supply chain facility operations for the healthcare network. Manages inventory, builds relationships with vendor representatives, and analyzes the workflow performance data. Aligns and implements the corporate Supply Chain strategy across areas of oversight, focusing on enhancing quality, service delivery, and cost performance.Identifies, implements, and maintains process improvement to support strategic initiatives.Directs facilities in the market to achieve key performance goals through the implementation of standard operating procedures, measurement tools and data standards derived from demonstrated best practices, reducing operational expenditures of both supply and equipment. Regularly updates processes and procedures to align with company and regulatory requirements. Coordinates supply chain operational activities across the market including inventory optimizations, savings initiatives, and team development.Ensures a cost-effective operation by assisting with appropriate budget preparation, monitoring, and controlling of associated department expenses. Qualifications Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution required.
