Make a difference as a BOARD-CERTIFIED Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a new BCBA at Flywheel Centers, you can expect a dynamic role that involves conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and providing on-going support to clients with autism. Your daily tasks may include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, implementing behavior analytic techniques, and monitoring progress through data collection and analysis. The position offers a structured day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, providing consistency and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, ensuring high-quality care and meaningful progress towards their goals.
