Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Apply todayCompensation:$45,000 - $55,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Oversee the full agent onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful start for all new agentsDevelop and manage the New Agent Success Program (30-60-90 day training roadmap)Host weekly training classes, workshops, and Power Hours for agents at all production levelsCreate an ongoing education curriculum, including scripts, dialogues, buyer/seller processes, and lead-gen strategiesCoordinate with industry partners (lenders, title, inspectors, builders) to provide specialized training sessionsLead and grow the Mentorship Program by pairing new agents with mentors and monitoring progressConduct monthly performance check-ins and provide individualized coaching for agents needing supportTrack agent KPIs: production, listings, closings, lead generation activity, and engagementIdentify underperforming agents and create performance improvement plansProduce training materials: checklists, SOPs, scripts, presentations, and educational handoutsMaintain a full training calendar, including CE reminders and required coursework guidanceEnhance retention by building strong agent relationships and promoting a supportive cultureAssist the Recruiting Team by showcasing brokerage value during candidate interviewsPlan and execute agent development events, such as summits, mastermind groups, and lunch-and-learnsPrepare monthly reports for leadership on agent growth, retention, and training impactCollaborate with marketing to promote trainings, events, and agent success storiesEnsure compliance with company policies, MLS requirements, and Florida real estate standardsContinuously improve all training, onboarding, and development processes to support brokerage growthQualifications:A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position Great at time management and organization Strong understanding of Florida real estate contracts, MLS systems, and industry practicesDemonstrated track record of helping agents improve skills, production, or processesBilingual (English/Spanish)About CompanyWe are a fast-growing, agent-focused real estate brokerage dedicated to providing top-notch training, mentorship, and support to help our agents succeed.
