Key responsibilities include:Monitoring resident health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans accuratelyAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansAssisting residents with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignityCollaborating with RNs, physicians, and family members to ensure high-quality careDocumenting care plans, treatment outcomes, and any changes in resident conditionsMaintaining a safe and compassionate care environment Qualifications:Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New HampshireStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and committed to delivering exceptional patient care Ready to Make a Difference?Join a team that values your dedication and passion for quality care.
