Full Job DescriptionOur Allstate Agency is seeking a driven and experienced Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead production, recruit and develop agents, and actively participate in sales. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership, coaching, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a proven producer who enjoys building and mentoring a high-performing team.The Gaudio Insurance Group finished TOP 3 in the Country 2021-2023 and #1 in the Nation in 2024 and 2025 for Property and Casualty.
