Automation via Integration, this role will understand the Restful API integration between Sunbird Software and other vendors to integrate data between those systems. Automate data migrations. Create and maintain scripted tasks that populate Sunbird databases. Create, diagnose, test, and debug automation tools, and include recommendations for operation. Program, modify, and develop scripts. Integrate data center facilities items and computer hardware into Sunbird DCIM software. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include: Integration customers’ existing software via Restful API to Sunbird Software. Integrate customers’ existing facility management devices; generators, air conditioners into Sunbird DCIM software.Develop analysis code and debugging in Python Request, Pandas, and other API libraries.Introduction to object-oriented programming.Analyze, scrub, and migrate data from external source to DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) API’s.Processing and correcting raw data for further analysis.Version control of code creation, such as GitHub Introductory level knowledge of Power Shell Introductory level knowledge of command line use in Linux and Windows Demonstrated basic technical knowledge of: SQL Scripting Python Scripting MS Excel xls/csv file creation Restful API Swagger REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS  Initiative to create process improvement tools with little or no supervision. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, ability to learn and apply new skills quickly. High technical aptitude and understanding of project interdependencies of equipment/data/teams/workflow.  Attention to detail.Excellent customer-facing project management, analysis, troubleshooting, and technical skills.Ability to work flexible hours and the ability to adapt/multi-task/manage changing priorities.Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required.Strong time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date.Ability to write documentation of a technical nature that is clear, concise, and effective .DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS   Programming Languages: Python (Requests, Pandas), JavaScript, PowerShell.  C++, C# Tools: GitHub, Jira, Excel, IDE (ie. Vs code, Spyder)   OS: Windows, Linux Restful API Helpful but NOT required: CMDB software; Cherwell, Remedy, Erracent NetSuite, Slack, Power BI, Netbox Solar Winds ServiceNow Splunk Powered by JazzHR
