JOB DESCRIPTION The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring temporary part-time Concessions Cooks to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Concessions Cook, you will prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production Set up and operation of kitchen equipment Clean equipment properly according to correct procedures Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked Qualifications Ability to follow recipes and food abbreviations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail Basic math skills No experience or diploma required Physical Requirements Able to stand for long periods of time including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching Able to lift 20 lbs or more Exposed to variable temperatures, depending on the season; may work frequently in a hot, damp, or very cold environment Shift Details Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Evenings as needed Weekends Event based Overtime as needed Who We Are Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena.
