Responsibilities:  •  Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.  •  Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.  •  Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.  •  Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.  •  Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.Requirements:  •  Responsible, committed, and devoted to providing compassionate care.  •  Full-time and part-time opportunities available.  •  Competitive pay offered.  •  Valid driver’s license required for transportation purposes.  •  Willingness to undergo required trainings and certifications provided by the employer.  •  Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to varying needs and preferences.  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
