ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative tasks pertaining to campaign execution and upkeepConduct market research to identify new campaign initiatives and deliverablesGather and analyze campaign data (web traffic and rankings)Assist with organizing company-hosted events and participation in industry eventsCoordinate with Marketing Campaign Analysts and Graphic Designer to create promotional materials, including but not limited to digital and print ads, one-sheets, capability briefs, landing pages, and social media postsKeep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaignsHandles all shipping and receiving for the SCCO team, including packaging items and scheduling pickups, drop-offs, and tracking shipmentsTracks expenses and handles expense reporting Tests and checks all marketing equipment for damage after receiving Organizes and tracks marketing inventoryPlaces orders for office and shipping suppliesOther duties as assigned QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMarketing/Communications/Business Administration associate’s degree or 2+years marketing experience preferredExperience with Hootsuite, Canva, and the Microsoft O365 platform is a plusBackground Check requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most specifically, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint preferred.Basic knowledge of Internet usage, researching, and marketing to include social media.Ability to travel as needed and attend evening and weekend events as required.Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, customers, and company contactsRequires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the publicAbility to lift up to 50lbs How you’ll growAt Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
