Director of Property Management

Pay Range: $139,692.00 - $186,240.00The Director of Property Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of the bank’s real estate portfolio, including the branch network, financial centers, administrative offices, operations/data centers, and other facilities. This position ensures that all properties support the bank's business objectives, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience standards. This role involves leading a team of property and facilities professionals, driving cost-effective property management strategies, managing leases and vendor relationships, and ensuring optimal performance of owned and leased assets.
