This role will treat outpatient orthopedic upper extremity case load. We will consider fieldwork level 2 in traditional outpatinet hand therapy if current student.We value mentorship and a collaborative approach to care. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapyOutpatient orthopedic fieldwork level 2 if current studentOutpatient upper extremity experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinicianState Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible)CPR certificationValid state driver’s license Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
