DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAYAs our DSP - Direct Support Professional, your main responsibility will be to support an individual transitioning to live independently in a community of his choosing. You'll assist him in developing life skills, navigating daily routines, and building confidence while providing a safe and supportive environment. Whether it's helping with setting boundaries, understanding social cues, or encouraging active participation in his community, you'll be his guide and advocate.This caregiving position dispatches to the client from home and has a part-time schedule within these hours:Tuesday: 8 AM - 4 PMThursday: 8 AM - 4 PMDO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?High school diploma or equivalentExperience working with individuals who experience AutismTrained in de-escalation tacticsValid driver's license with reliable transportationHaving an active lifestyle is preferred for this caregiving role.
