Must have provided technical support in the last 3 years. Must have experience in troubleshooting and working with Windows 11. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, tablets in an enterprise domain. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows operating systems and user profile support. Must have a minimum of 2 years of imaging experience. Must have experience installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and preparing computer hardware, printers, plotters, and related peripherals using Microsoft software in a networked environment. Must have OS & Computer Hardware Lifecycle Replacement experience. Must have accessibility to a vehicle to fulfill travel requirements between 2 client locations in Sacramento, CA.     Desirable Qualifications CompTIA Technician.
