If you are an experienced leader with a passion for the automotive industry and customer service, we want to hear from you Job Summary:As the Automotive Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and drive sales growth in a high-paced retail environment. You will ensure the store runs efficiently, maintain exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of associates. Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Drive sales by ensuring excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage. Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to develop strategies for growth. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all safety and operational policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills. A passion for the automotive industry and customer service. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Knowledge of automotive products, services, and repair parts is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
