We have immediate openings at our Rural Hall location for Machine Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift. Accent offers competitive hourly rates, shift differentials plus a weekly production bonus We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% company paid employee Medical coverage, Dental and Vision options, 401-k with Company Matching, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay and more Work week is Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday shifts Shift 2: 3PM-11PM Shift 3: 11PM-7AM We encourage you to review the responsibilities and qualifications and apply today Key Responsibilities: The Machine Operator will operate plant machinery and safely perform a wide range of tasks including reviewing production schedules, changing machine settings, packaging and transporting finished products, and identify and repair simple mechanical problems in a manner consistent with production standards and quality expectations of our customers. Qualifications: Able to work in a fast paced environment. Comfortable standing for long periods of time. Able to lift, push and/or pull objects weighing an average of 40lbs repetitively and up to a maximum of 80lbs on occasion. Safety conscious and able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc) Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
