Write patients name, dose, and number of takeout on corresponding patient’s signature log and on proper log (liquid of tablets)Review each patient’s flags prior to dosingEnsure accuracy of patient’s dose be verifying against “dose level” and flags.Ensure each patient signs log prior to dosingCheck ID or confirm digital photograph in Methasoft software matches patientSecurity of Methadone at dosing windowEnforce “lock box” policyEnforce and check for patient names and dates on returned bottles from previous dosingEnsure adequate ordering of pharmacy suppliesMaintain cleanliness and organization of pharmacy and suppliesUtilize appropriate sink for cleaning of pharmacy dispensing equipment and alert Director whenLeaving “secure” area with dispensing equipmentEnsure smooth workflowAt minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.Pharmacy Technician certification required20 hours a weekMonday-Friday; 7:00am-11:00amSchedule is subject to change depending on Pharmacist availability.Have a daily impact on many lives.Excellent training if you are new to this field.Community events that promotes belonging and education.
