The ACCS Lead Residential Counselor helps persons served in the residences to overcome barriers to, and prepare for, living independently. The ACCS Lead Residential Counselor Implements Treatment Plan support interventions as coached and supported by Team LPHA Clinician. In addition, the ACCS Lead Residential Counselor assumes administrative officer roles in the program to support the Program Director in performance of their duties and responsibilities. The ACCS Lead Residential Counselor also: Liaisons with families as needed. Supports Persons Served in obtaining and understanding medical and psychiatric care as needed. Administers medications following Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and procedures. Provides crisis interventions when needed. Provides physical site maintenance.
