We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer:CBA Position:Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:$18.87 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)Benefits include:Vacation: up to 5 days per year Paid Sick Leave: 40 Hours Yearly. Full time employees; medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.Comprehensive understanding of policies and proceduresMeet or exceed established performance requirements. Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.Other duties as required.Qualifications: ·High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.·Computer literate·Excellent customer service skills.·Ability to operate standard telephone system.·Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.Physical Requirements:Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
