Caring Angels Home Care - Caring Angels Home Care is looking for part-time and full-time dynamic Clinical Fellows for our Home based Pediatric cases in Queens. This position offers an $80,000.00 base salary plus an excellent benefits package which includes: Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan after only 3 Months of Employment, 27 Paid Time Off Days, 9 Paid Holidays The option to cover Case Load on Weekends is available.Our part-time and full-time positions offer therapists the option to have a Personal Driver pick you up from your home ( Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx ) and drive you to your cases and then back home. Currently, we are the only agency in New York that offers this unique door-to-door car serviceCFY Job Description:1. Evaluates the Speech and Language Rehabilitation needs of the Patients and provides Speech and Language Rehabilitative Services for Patients as ordered by the Patient’s Authorized Medical Practitioner.2. Performs clinical tests to assess Speech and Language disorders and potential for restoration. Develops a Plan of Care with restorative and/or maintenance goals to meet identified needs.3. Performs Speech Language Pathology procedures to achieve identified goals.4. Instructs Patients/Family and other appropriate persons/health team personnel in the use of assistive modalities and appropriate Speech and Language Procedures.All sessions are 30 minutes. Performs other related duties assigned by supervisor. In an emergency, performs other duties necessary for the welfare of Patients or the efficient operations of the Agency. License/Registration/Certification/Permit Required:Current graduate of a NY State SLP Masters programJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $80,000.00 per yearBenefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as needed
