  • The client is seeking a QA Analyst to join our team of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and web developers.
  • This staffer will assist in testing web applications for SharePoint solutionsM365 integrations to ensure functionality, usability, and web accessibility.  They'll also assist in basic troubleshooting for end-users.
  • They'll create and execute test cases, document results, and report defects while collaborating with developers to validate fixes.
  • Additionally, they'll assist in analyzing business requirements to refine testing strategies and ensure alignment with user needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Documenting test plans, tracking issues, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing feedback to improve system functionality.
  • You will also help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation (especially in dashboards and their connected systems) to support end users.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of web technologies are essential.
  • This role is needed in the web systems team due to the increase in work efforts from the client customer who demands fast turnarounds and high-quality/low-error functionality.
