Job Description What You’ll Do:As a Fresh Cut Clerk at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include:Maintain Freshness: Maintain appropriate stock levels in the fresh cut department by observing sales floor and coolor conditions, producing, stocking, and replenishing products as needed.Provide Exceptional Service: Execute the boomerang theory by delivering outstanding service to all guests. Assist guests with finding what they're looking for, and take the initiative to resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction, making things right when service or product issues arise.Ensure Cleanliness: Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the department by organizing and sanitizing work areas, shelving, and sales floors as needed.Monitor Quality & Food Safety: Ensure all quality standards are met, including maintaining accurate food safety logs and meeting quantity expectations by 10 am and 5 pm.Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.What We’re Looking For:To excel as a Festival Foods Fresh Cut Clerk, you should have:Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with guests, leaders, and retail sales associates.
