With a focus on providing exceptional patient care, you will supervise a team of dietary aids and assistants, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards.Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities:• Supervise a team of dietary aids and assistants to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery• Maintain accurate records of food service operations, including inventory management, food temperatures, and patient preferences• Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards, including food safety and sanitation guidelines• Collaborate with nursing staff to identify and meet patient dietary needs and preferences• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers• Monitor and report on food service performance indicators, including quality, safety, and customer satisfaction• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance food service operations and patient satisfactionDietary Supervisor Requirements:• Prior experience in dietary management or a related field• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Experience with food service management software and systems• Familiarity with dietary regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)How to Apply:If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, please apply to this exciting opportunity We look forward to welcoming you to our team at the Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing.
