Qualifications Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferredExperience: 3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid highly preferredTitle IV: experience preferredSkills:Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)It’s all about the reputation. 60 years of experience, trusted by 35+ industry leading brands, 16 campuses, 16 technical programs.
