Job Summary:SportsCare Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Athletic Trainer/Marketing Specialist (ATC) to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of an Athletic Trainer with marketing duties to enhance our clinic’s visibility, brand awareness, and patient engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports medicine, strong communication skills, and experience in marketing to help drive growth for the clinic while providing top-tier care to our patients.Key Responsibilities:Athletic Trainer Duties:Provide direct patient care: Assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients with sports-related injuries or musculoskeletal conditions.Develop and implement treatment plans: Work with patients to set rehabilitation goals, educate on injury prevention, and provide appropriate exercise programs.Evaluate injury severity: Perform evaluations and manage acute and chronic injuries in an outpatient clinical setting.Collaboration with healthcare professionals: Work closely with physical therapists, physicians, and other medical staff to ensure comprehensive care.Provide emergency care: Respond to injury situations and emergencies when needed.Marketing Duties:Branding and awareness: Assist in creating marketing strategies to build the SportsCare Physical Therapy brand, including social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing.Community outreach: Represent the clinic at local sporting events, schools, and community health fairs to promote services and build relationships.Content creation: Develop educational and promotional content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.Collaborate on events: Help coordinate and promote marketing events and workshops to engage the community and attract new patients.Monitor and report: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights on patient acquisition and retention strategies.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.Certifications:Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the Board of Certification (BOC).CPR/AED certified.Experience:Prior experience or familiarity with marketing techniques (social media management, email marketing, event promotion) is preferred but not required.Skills:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.A passion for sports and physical therapy with an emphasis on community health and wellness.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health insurance and wellness benefits.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of a leading physical therapy clinic.About SportsCare Physical Therapy:SportsCare Physical Therapy is a leading provider of rehabilitation and sports medicine services, offering a comprehensive range of treatments to help patients recover from injuries and achieve their full potential.
