We are seeking a strong leader who has a proven track record of effective executive customer engagement and negotiating skills, strong influence internally and across the marketplace, and experience in the travel sector at an equivalent fast-paced technology organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with all agencies in North America, generating more than $1B in annual revenue.Develop the strategic growth plan for North America that aligns with the broader Company initiatives, focused on growth and maximizing profitability and cash flow.Lead all new sales activity through active pursuit management, pipeline development, and deal closure.Expand the portfolio of revenue within existing accounts through activations of new product, increased adoption of existing product, enabled by a high-performing technical account management team.Collaborate with the airline distribution team to align on key content needs, drive new air revenue streams, and maximize profitability.Implement strategies alongside our lodging distribution team to improve lodging volumes, revenues, and attachment rates within our agency relationships.Drive penetration of Sabre’s payment solutions through close collaboration with our Conferma and Sabre Direct Pay teams.Establish and maintain customer engagement at the C-level, to understand customer needs and inform about market developments.Develop and execute a robust operating rhythm of key sales efforts, account plans, and other strategic initiatives led within the region.Operate a highly effective delivery organization that implements new customers on the Sabre system on-time and on-budget.Partner with Product Management, Supply Distribution, and Marketing to align on strategic priorities for the region, customer product needs, and execution to our operating plans.Lead a high-performing organization with focused efforts on talent attraction and development, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 15 years of progressive global senior executive leadership and sales experience in the travel industry.Demonstrated success in attracting and developing talent for succession and other rotational assignments inside of Sabre.Extensive understanding of the global travel distribution landscape. Broad knowledge of the core strategic imperatives of airlines, travel agencies, and other industry stakeholders; as well as knowledge of key market trends, opportunities and challenges. Strong relationships with executives at agencies based in the Americas and with commercial leaders across the travel industry.Experience successfully leading and managing large and challenging commercial negotiations.Proven track record leading an effective sales and account management organization that consistently achieved sales and revenue growth objectives.Ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global, matrix organization.
