Lam Research is seeking a highly skilled, hands on and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage data, AI /Analytics initiatives in Enterprise Analytics group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands on experience in designing/developing the advanced analytics solutions and AI, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of data engineering, data architecture, and data science. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

What You'll Do

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data and AI/Analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Function as the accountable individual for overall solutions delivery on projects from initiation to closure. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the data and analytics team, ensuring best practices in data architecture, data engineering, and data science are followed. Use leadership abilities to drive cross functional development on new solutions from design through delivery. Work with HR and GIS stakeholders supporting digital transformation program and provide the leadership to define the data strategy and architecture. Help promote the advanced Analytics/AI standards, best practices and processes as part of GIS Center of Excellence across the company Develop collaborative relationships with key business sponsors and IT resources for the efficient resolution of work requests. Design and develop data architecture and data governance specs based on the to-be processes part of the digital transformation Offer insight, guidance, and direction on the usage of emerging data analytics trends and technical capabilities that will help the digital transformation across the company.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 10 years of experience and ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently in Data and Analytics/AI Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Must have strong experience in Data Warehouse ETL design and development, methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices. 12+ years of experience in leading the design and development of data and analytics projects in a global company. 10+ years of T-SQL experience with strong data modeling and Python/Py Spark background 3+ years of experience in working with Microsoft Azure and strong knowledge about Blob Storage, Data Factory, SQL Server and Warehouses. Experience in Cloud based EDW platforms and AI solutions (Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, Big Query etc. Experience in a high tech or manufacturing company with strong knowledge in HR and Sales Operations Processes. Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of using insights to influence executives and colleagues Proven track record of sharing outcomes through written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical team

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Data Science, Analytics or in a relevant Engineering discipline. Master's or PhD preferred. PMP, CAPM or Agile/Scrum certification preferred MS Azure/Other Cloud Native/SaaS Solutions Certification in Data Engineering and AI

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $129,000.00 - $272,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
