Casino Marketing Analytics Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Casino Marketing Coordinator is responsible for processing guest coding in support of host teams at 49 properties. This includes, but is not limited to, the execution of standard new guest coding, the processing of host-generated requests for guest coding, and the resolution of guest coding conflicts. The Coordinator is also responsible for the creation and deactivation of eligible host codes, as well as periodically verifying and editing host data.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Coding of guests to casino host teams Development of a thorough understanding of coding processes and identification of potential efficiencies In coordination with the VIP Operations team, work to resolve coding dispute cases submitted through the Salesforce application SMART Compilation of relevant documentation to support actions on coding requests when needed Coordination with the Casino Marketing Analytics team to prioritize tasks to support analytical efforts and to meet deadlines Development of strong working relationships with internal clients

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred Casino industry experience preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to assess and complete guest coding tasks in a timely and efficient manner Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal clients across the Brand Strong organization skills to handle a large volume of requests coming from clients in the field Ability to work independently and make decisions based upon documented rules Familiarity with computer systems, internet web applications, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook) Attention to detail and ability to excel in a fast-paced, high stress environment Experience using intermediate Excel formulas and an understanding of macros Ability to obtain gaming licenses across for multiple States. Pass Background checks as required. Experience using SQL or other database mining language, Casino Management Systems (CMS), or the Salesforce (SMART) web application a plus Works and communicates well in a team environment
