Make an ImpactThe Opportunity Zone Investments Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst will support our Regional Deal Leads in all aspects of Development Acquisitions and Asset Management through financial modeling and market research.Lead the initial review of new development opportunities, including reviewing offering materials, conducting research, and running financial models.Critically evaluate investment opportunities and provide investment recommendationsAssist in the creation and assessment of project budgets and forecastsBuild and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performanceCreate written investment proposals for presentation to internal leadershipResearch loan document covenants pertaining to leasing, future funding, and other covenants as necessary.Build financial models and perform scenario analysis using Excel and ArgusWhat you should bringExpert ability to create and run financial models in ExcelBachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field1-3 years of commercial real estate analysis preferredProficient with Argus EnterpriseStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhat you can be apart ofThis position sits within our Development and Opportunity Zones vertical. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.11 Paid Holidays per year.Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation.
