KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Physical Security & Forensic Investigations to join our Advisory Services practice.Responsibilities:Conduct regular assessments and audits of physical security measures and protocolsLead complex financial forensic investigations to identify and resolve instances of fraud and financial misconductDevelop and update policies and procedures related to physical security and forensic investigationsConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential security and financial threatsPrepare detailed reports on security operations and forensic investigation outcomes for senior leadershipLead diverse teams on complex investigations and physical security advisory engagements, including physical security and fraud-related assessments, gap analyses, and remediation efforts; proven track record in delivering high-quality deliverables, and leading teams in a fast-paced environmentAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum eight years of recent experience in corporate physical security and financial forensic investigationsBachelor's degree in criminal justice, finance, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CPP, CFE) are desirableStrong understanding of security systems, risk management, and forensic accounting principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to Travel as requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
