Job DescriptionSummary:Team Mancuso Powersports North is looking for a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our fast-paced, high-volume service team. If you know your way around engines, take pride in clean work, and want to be part of a shop that values craftsmanship and hustle - we want to talk to you.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specsComplete flat-rate work efficiently and flag issues early to avoid delaysCollaborate with service writers to ensure smooth communication and accurate work ordersKeep your bay and shop clean, organized, and professionalStay current with OEM training and certifications — we invest in keeping you sharpDeliver every unit in better shape than it arrivedHelp maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs are done right the first timeMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a technician in Powersports, marine, or aviation — must include diagnostics, engine teardown, and rebuild workStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues without relying solely on scan toolsComfortable working in a flat-rate environment with consistent productivityFamiliarity with OEM certifications and service procedures (Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, etc.) preferredMust own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hireValid motorcycle license required for test rides, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, MVR)Must be authorized to work in the USAPreferred Qualifications:Current or former Master Technician certification with any major OEM (e.g., Honda Red, Polaris, Yamaha, etc.)Prior experience working in a high-volume dealership or powersports service centerOEM factory training completed across multiple platforms (motorcycle, ATV, UTV, PWC)Compensation: Flat Rate (Paid per Flagged Hour)Annual compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000+Depending on experience, certifications, and flag hoursUp to $15,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified techniciansFlat rate bonus paid annually based on hours turned and tenure*Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday work scheduleSundays & Mondays offPerks & Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance$0 Monthly Premium for Technicians**Reduced Rates for Dependent Coverage**401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off, Increases with TenureClosed on Thanksgiving & ChristmasEmployee Pricing on Vehicles, Parts & ServiceFree & Discounted Gym MembershipsTravel Discounts on Hotels, Flights & RentalsOEM Certification & Paid Manufacturer Training OpportunitiesCareer Growth within a Fortune 500 Company*Tenure bonus eligibility begins after 6 months.**Coverage begins at hire; premium-free medical starts after 1 year of service. All your information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines
