This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.In the role of Civil Designer/EIT, we'll count on you to:  Assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentationPerform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainagePerform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and proceduresComplete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variablesPerform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projectsWork independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projectsPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringEngineer in Training (EIT) certificate.Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.Familiarity with AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (, Openflows) as requiredLocal candidates preferred Required Qualifications Bachelor's degreeAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We BelieveHDR is our company.
