We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Flatrock Family This is a full-time position with homes across Genesee County. Possible hybrid hours The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
