As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling billing, invoices, preparing income statements and balance sheets, and managing accruals. Report on capital spend and capitalized assets appropriately. Work with Global Business Service Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. Oversee accounts payable processes at the local business unit. Assist Global Business Service Team with collections as needed. Perform account reconciliations. Manage accruals and prepaids. Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with all internal processes. Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. Interact with other team members to ensure all financial data aligns and reconciles. Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of financial best practices. Perform other related duties as necessary. What Youll Bring Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. One to two years of proven experience in an accounting role is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Proven expertise in handling billing, invoices, income statements, balance sheets, and accruals. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The Ideal Candidate Will Also Bring CPA or CMA certification would be a plus. Hands-on experience with Power BI.
