This role requires mechanical aptitude, familiarity with tuning equipment, and a strong customer service focus.This position is located at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. Starting wage between $20.75/hr. - $22.84/hr. depending on experience.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESAt least sixteen (16) years oldAbility to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitudeHave basic computer skills, some mechanical skills, and have the ability to effectively and enthusiastically assist guests, even during challenging operationsCapacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manualsProfessionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timelinessPrior alpine and snowboard, repair/tuning experience requiredAble to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidaysOffers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and your ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.Snow Summit LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
