Join Euronet Worldwide, Inc. as an IT Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic technological environment. In this role, you will assist in various IT operations, provide support to our engineering and operational teams, and contribute to maintaining our systems and services. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to learn about best practices in IT operations and infrastructure management.Responsibilities: Assist in daily IT operations tasks and support troubleshooting efforts. Collaborate with team members to monitor system performance and ensure uptime. Help in documenting IT processes and procedures. Provide support in system deployments and updates. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Knowledge of networking concepts is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
