Midwest Allergy and Asthma, a Division of Midwest ENT Specialists, is seeking a BC/BE Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Physician to join our well-established practice in the Twin Cities. Midwest is a private multi-speciality practice consisting of 17 physicians (9 ENT, 5 Facial Plastic MDs, 1 Neurotologist and 2 Allergists) and 4 Physician Assistants, with 4 state-of-the-art clinics in the east metro of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.

Compensation Information:
$350000.00 / Annually - $375000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
$275,000 base salary in year-one with a $100,000 sign-on bonus for a total compensation of $375,000. Year-two has options to move to production-based compensation.
