Job Title: HVAC InstallerWork Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM-4:00PMPay Scale: $20-$35Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing is looking for a motivated and dependable Level 2 HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team This is the perfect opportunity for someone with foundational HVAC experience who is eager to advance their skills and build a long-term career. You'll work directly with our expert Lead Installers on a variety of residential and light commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience while providing top-notch service to our customers. 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Level 2 Apprentice, you will take on a more active role in the installation process under the guidance of a Lead Installer. Your duties will include:Assisting in the complete installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.Running, brazing, and soldering refrigerant lines with precision.Wiring low-voltage controls and thermostats.Setting and securing indoor and outdoor HVAC units.Participating in system start-ups and performance testing.Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site and work vehicle.Communicating effectively and professionally with customers and team members. QualificationsWe're looking for a candidate who is ready to take the next step in their HVAC career.Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation.Education: High school diploma or GED. Graduation from an HVAC trade school is a strong plus.Skills:Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC principles.Proficient with hand and power tools used in the trade.Ability to work safely and efficiently in various environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.Requirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. What We OfferWe believe in taking care of our team.
