You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Fontana, CADetails:In-Person Tutoring in Fontana, CASchedule: 25 hours, 2-3 sessions a week for 1 hourPay range is between $25 and $35Ideal Candidate: Experience working with students with Autism and/or other learning differences. Skilled in teaching foundational math, reading, and writing skills. Knowledgeable in AAC device use and strategies to support nonverbal or minimally verbal students. Patient, calm, and consistent, with the ability to adapt instruction to the student’s needs. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with ABA therapists and caregivers. Background in Special Education, ABA, or related fields preferred.Key Responsibilities: Provide structured support across all academic areas, including reading, writing, and math. Assist with foundational skills such as tracing, writing letters, and basic calculations. Support fine motor tasks such as cutting, pasting, and handwriting. Collaborate with the in-home ABA therapist to ensure consistency in strategies and behavior supports. Use hand-over-hand guidance, visual supports, and manipulatives to promote learning. Implement positive reinforcement and redirection techniques to maintain engagement. Encourage independence while providing structured support tailored to the student’s learning profile.Why Tutor Me Education?
