Senior Business Analyst

Geeksoft Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience translating complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsPrepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flowsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teamsSupport Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesDefine acceptance criteria and support UAT activitiesIdentify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutionsCollaborate with product owners, QA, and technical leads to ensure successful deliveryRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder managementExpertise in Agile/Scrum methodologiesHands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS OfficeStrong analytical, documentation, and presentation skillsAbility to work in cross-functional and client-facing environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with technical teams and enterprise systemsKnowledge of data analysis, reporting, or BI toolsExperience in consulting or client-facing rolesExposure to domains such as healthcare, finance, or technologyEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
